David Beckham in Fight

Written by JDPGlobal | Tuesday, 26 July 2005

David Beckham was spat on during Real Madrid’s match against Tokyo Verdy in Japan. Real Madrid lost 3-0. Apparently the England Captain was spat on by Kazuyuki Toda following a tackle by Beckham which Toda obviously thought unfair.

The JDP Sports desk can reveal however that the situation is now being downgraded and FIFA does not look likely to intervene.

There was a rumour that during the half time break Beckham became violent and tried to aggressively enter the home dressing room to have a fight with Toda.

Since the incident Toda has apologised and no further action is expected from Beckham.
