Good News For Home Owners

The New Year brought good news for people who own homes. Their property on average has gone up by a couple of grand. The average priced property is now 196,319 pounds sterling. The price is up by almost one percent from last month. The report compiler says that sixty percent of all properties that have been registered with agents throughout the nation are covered by the survey.
The yearly-modified price has gone up by 3.6 per cent. This was a 0.2 price rise from December. The price rise reason was probably due to first time buyers who looked to get a cheap home in the slow pre Christmas period to bargain for a cheap deal on a new home.
The asking price for houses with terraces, apartments and flats rose by one per cent. While the going seems to be going well, people in the business have to make sure that it doesn’t fall down unexpectedly. If it is they should try and prevent it beforehand. The number of first timers was at an all time high of thirty seven per cent. It was twenty per cent two months ago. The survey found that that forty one percent of the houses available for sale served a mere one fifth of the demand because they were small two bedroom houses.
Builders are putting a better part of their efforts to make smaller houses and so the prices are falling in line with market expectations and this helps lower income buyers.
