Women's Crisis Centre approved for Mortgages

Written by JDPGlobal | Tuesday, 20 September 2005

The Commissioners in Maysville City, USA, met a few days ago to approve a declaration. They met to approve the subsidised mortgages for the Women’s Crisis Centre.

The second and third mortgages of the city are associated with the Security Bank. However, the first mortgage of the city is associated with Trust, Bank of Maysville, US Bank and Integra Bank.

The US Bank has affirmed to refinance the construction work of the Women’s Crisis Centre. On the other hand, the bank has asked the subordination of two mortgage loans to one mortgage loan with the bank. This is in view of having the lien over the property regarding eight hundred thousand dollars. In this way Maysville maintains a second and third lien over the project and keeps an amount of control that they are happy with.
