Amcat a call centre company has helped a mortgage broker to win the most prestigious award in the business industry. This international company has helped the company blackandwhite win the Best Specialist Mortgage Broker for ’05.
The winning company has ninety percent of its transactions conducted via a contact centre in Staffordshire, which uses technology provided by Amcat. The Mortgage broker won the award on account of its ability to handle people whom wouldn’t be considered eligible to the average financer because of unsustainable credits and probable inability to pay back loans.
The main reason why the company won the award is because of the technology used by them which was supplied by Amcat. Its excellence allowed the company to bag the award because it created a way in which the company could get a better idea of its customer database to cater to their needs as specifically as they could and it also bettered agent scripting for it to run alongside legal requirements.
It also helped company messaging by integrating vital data into interaction. It maximised their resources enabling them to get a maximum result from what was available. The companys chairman said that they were happy that the award was given to them. The industry they were operating in was not very attractive at the time but they stood firm and they made it good. They reached the demand that was out there. That was what they set out to do.
