Sales Reach Peak

The proceeds from the sales of commercial property and land will reach a new height and a record; a staggering fifty billion pound sterling. This is a solid twenty percent increase. This was reported in a study by one of the biggest names in the field.
The most sales traffic was seen in the third quarter, which amounted up to almost twelve billion pounds sterling. This was forty percent more than the profits in the second quarter. The eventual quarter year accumulated profit for the year 2005 – 2006 is a staggering thirty two billion pound sterling.
The report attributed this growth to an increase in prices of property and land. They also attributed it to a huge number of deals that the industry nationwide settled over most of the year. An observation was that the London office has been unusually busy with these developments.
