Hilton Focused On Its Customers

This is the second year that the Broadsystem Customer Focus Award has been won by Hilton International, in the UK National Business Awards. Hilton International, a well-known chain of hotels was awarded the best customer focus as Hilton is best in portraying that they care about customers. They use their resources well to treat their customers well. The other nine contestants along with Hilton were First Direct, Currys, The One Account, and Vanguard Rental (UK) Ltd.
The Vice President of Marketing received the award and he looked quite thrilled while taking it. He said that the Hilton Group is very excited to receive an award, which is acclaimed highly in the UK community. He added that winning an award against well-known travel industry partners is one thing while winning a national award was something different as it is winning against all business sectors. He added that winning it second time in a row is equally exciting. In a statement he later said that this award gives credit to the new customer policy of Hilton, which says to put back a little what life takes out.
The philosophy of Hilton is ‘Equilibrium’, which influences the look of the hotel. The behavior, products and services of the hotel are portrayed. Many new products and services of the Hilton group have been influenced by the philosophy ‘Equilibrium’.
The new brand strategy of Hilton hotels is accepted by Campaign Works, a marketing agency. The strategy was first used in customer research in bringing lifestyle changes and a contemporary hotel experience. Next, they brought innovation in the internal and external marketing tools.
This strategy brought a huge success in the Hilton group along with huge commercial returns. Today, Hilton Group is the best hotel brand globally and gives satisfaction to its guests and gets big financial gains. According to the sales and marketing director of Broadsystem the customer service of Hilton is very focused and therefore, they were proud in giving the award to Hilton International a second time in a row.
