Conmen Cause Heavy Losses to Companies

Corporate Industries are losing at east 50 million pounds per annum due to corporate identity theft. A large number of conmen are taking them for a ride. They order goods under the guise of directors taking the companys name and sell them before they are paid for them. Then they scoot with the money not to be seen again.
These con people register themselves and the make the process look legal to avoid being noticed. They are not traceable since they would have used forged identities. They replace the registered address of the companies at the company registry so that the goods will be delivered to a different location from where they are purloined. This is done so that no one will suspect anything.
This a syndrome that has happened to not only to big corporate companies but also to small companies too. It needs to be regulated before things turn havoc.
