3.To look for new openings where the company can expand it wings. The company has got a few offers and ideas and they intend to discuss the possibilities of these offers and ideas. However, any offers from Empirepoker.com will be handled depending on the outcome of the litigation against Party Gaming.

4.The year end net profit will be profit the company has aimed at by the eighteenth of October 2005 the same year. The net profit by the next year will be expected according to the functioning of the present market. It is the directors estimate that thirty seven million will be generated barring the relationship with Party Gaming. The remaining is expected to come from Empire Poker. The income through Empire poker will be affected by the litigation between Party Gaming and Empire Online.

The head of the company said today that the company had plans in place to ensure growth for a longer period via its one of a kind marketing skills and its multiple platforms.
