The US & China both happy with trade talk outcome

There has been some good response to the annual Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade (aka JCCT) meeting, and it was shown especially from The US and Chinese Business Council (USCBC).
Basically, American companies appear to be able to benefit from agreements that have been set up with the Chinese to allow some important rulings to enforce those intellectual property rights that may be being violated. This comes as China seems to be exporting all time high levels of counterfeit goods aswell as Internet piracy.
China has finally agreed to allow some of the US software companies into the mainland and even to abide by some of their terms so that these companies may increase their sales of legitimate software. As well as all this China is even considering joining the World Trade Organisation with its discussions beginning imminently.
The American authorities, on the other hand expressed delight at the attitude of the Chinese and has in turn offered to rethink its hold on the import of goods from China. The details of all these regulations are being studied in order to fully understand how the US companies will be able to implement their sales model within fair trade guidelines.
This is a big step for both countries and the US and China Business Council will keep on working with both governments to address the remaining, inresolved issues.
