	My Aims

	I joined JDP Global in 2002. My aim is to generate quality content across their range of niche news sectors, and make sure my online audience is kept up to date and keeps coming back for more.

	My Challenges

	The challenge that lies ahead for me, is in quality control as we expand. In 2002 I was running a team of 3 editors and 1 researcher, now we have a team of 10 research analysts 3 editors and a chief editor. This is expected to double again in the next 24 months. Communicating with all areas of JDP Global to make sure every individual is running efficiently is another challenge. I need to know about any problems as they arise, and work with the team to develop strategies to isolate and remove the problems from the chain.

	Greatest fear

	Spiders.... definitely!

Overview
Some of our most challenging projects include sensitive data sites where sound legal advice is a constant, the UK Medix site and the UK Medix plus have been our toughest to date.
Providing online healthcare for patients suffering from Impotence, Obesity and Hairloss. UK Medix has developed into a popular UK Health clinic.
Developing the brand
To compliment UK Medix, we launched UK Medix Plus which includes extra features; forums, daily health tips, an online shopping cart system and a membership based option.
